Our 4 1/2″ size louvers are excellent for larger windows. The larger wooden louvers are made specifically to allow more light and a unobstructed view of the oustide.
3 1/2″ Louvers
3 1/2 louvers are our most popular louver size. They conform to all shapes and sizes of windows with ease.
2 1/2″ Louvers
The 2 1/2 louver size offers a more traditional look to your window coverings. These louvers are the smallest we offer. 2 1/2 louvers work best in smaller windows or with a more traditional design goal in mind.
Tilt Options
Standard Tilt is where a tilt rod is straight down the middle of the shutter to control all the louvers together. It allows for a more simple and traditional look.
Hidden tilt is where the tilt rod is placed behind the shutter while still connected to all the louvers, the rod is located on either side of the shutter, normally the side where the hinges are also located.
Split Tilt is an option for all our shutters. The tilt rod is split into two different rods to allow the user to operate the louvers in 2 different sections, usually we recommend the split be located at a window sash, however it can be located anywhere you like.
The Divider Rail is another way to split your louvers into different sections. The divider rail is a stationary section of the shutter(approximately the width of one louver) that is used to divide the sections of your shutter.
